Production process is monitored and recorded from the start of loading components till the end unloading components with in-depth technical controls being exercised at each stage of the process. Product quality control is monitored during the production stages and before delivering the components
We follow validated processes in production to satisfy the customers with assured outcomes. Our lab supports bath parameter analysis to maintain the quality of Electro Deposition coating for each type of components
The deposited coating thickness of the component is checked and ensured as per our customer needs with a DFT (Dry Flim Thickness)meter
Our Quality Analysis includes a complete visual check. We ensure all our coated components are semi gloss finish
